Label Remover Twin Shaft

The label remover machine is working in mainly two parts.
The first part removes the labels of the bottles and the second part is suction which can suck the labels and throw them outside.

The Label remover machine OR the Label scraping machine has a blade with carbide alloy tips and the bolt with carbide alloy tips has a long service life that can reach up to 3000 tons of input. It’s high efficiency to remove bottle labels from 95% to 98% and a low bottle damage ratio. the bottle neck breaking rate within 3%. the new design of blades and bolts has better working efficiency.

To remove PVC labels in the PET bottles is a very big problem, In this machine, this problem is mostly solved. Blades and bolts have torn the labels of the bottles After that the suction blower sucks the labels and removes them to the outside.

There are Three types of label remover machines we have, Single shaft, Double shaft and Three shafts. We are producing Label remover machine capacity from 500kg/h to 3000kg/h.
