Pre washer

A Pre-washer cleans the PET bottles before granulating and is normally placed after a debaler. Approximately 90% of contamination can be removed through this equipment.

The double screws inside mix the PET bottles while water is continuously sprayed from the top to clean the surface of the bottles. The client can choose to use either cold or hot water to clean the bottles.

We supply two types of PET bottle pre-washing machines, continuous type, and batch type. The biggest feature of a continuous bottle pre-washer is that it owns an automated water circulation system and continuous input feeding, then uses high-temperature chemical water to wash bottles. This kind of washing removes labels, dirt, sands, glues, rubbers, metals and other impurities on the bottles' surfaces. The impurities separation rate is over 90%. The supplementary chemical water recycling system achieves the complete separation between chemical water and bottles, prolongs the service life of the chemical water and saves additive costs.

Batch-washing ensures that PET bottles have sufficient time soaking in chemical water, it will be applied to recycle oil bottles well.

Bottle pre-washing is aimed to remove the external impurities before the PET bottle crushing as much as possible. It is an important process in PET bottle recycling production. And through its high-temperature washing, it ensures the final product rPET flakes quality and reduces the production cost. Especially for the crushing unit, it can avoid the unnecessary abrasion of blades by excessive hard solid impurities.
